Pelvic Health Rehab & Orthopedic Rehab focused for Adults

You are most likely familiar with physical therapy & at Centrality, we provide just that, but with YOU as our priority and we specialize in the diagnoses that many people think are “just their new normal”. From Pelvic Pain, Urinary or Fecal Leakage, Diastasis Recti Abdominus, Pregnancy & Postpartum Care, Difficulty or pain with intercourse, arousal, orgasm, hip and/or low back pain; we got you.

Ortho-Pelvic PT is for all genders. You will spend 60+ minutes one-on-one with your therapist working towards your goals & laying out an actionable plan to get you feeling better & back to your best life.

Pediatric Pelvic Health Therapy

Pediatric Pelvic Health PT is rather unheard of. Most of our parents find out about pediatric pelvic health PT & Centrality Wellness online or by social platforms.

Have a little one struggling with accidents, constipation or potty training? Meet with one of our pediatric pelvic health specialist, Dr. Janelle or Dr. Jen! From potty training struggles through the lenses of a pelvic health specialist, to pediatric pelvic floor dysfunction, our specialists knows how to help!

We spend 60+ minutes one-on-one with you and your kiddo to work towards your goals.

Recovery Sessions

Recovery sessions are wellness based sessions that blend manual therapy (mobilizations, manipulations, soft tissue techniques), dry needling, theragun/ percussion techniques, IASTYM, & other recovery techniques to get you moving better & feeling your best. Recovery sessions can be 30 or 60 minutes in duration.

Remote Consultations & Virtual support

Centrality Wellness is proud to offer virtual visits. Sometimes it is next to impossible in your current season of life to make it into an office for an hour long appointment. Maybe you have a six week old newborn at home, have a full time job and can't miss work right now, or maybe do not live in the CT shoreline area. Whatever the case, our therapists can come meet you online.

A remote consult  at centrality wellness is a wellness-based service that allows us to discuss your story, generate an action plan & provide clarity around your pelvic health.

Remote consults provide recommendations via a detailed action plan sent via email after the session is complete. These actionable suggestions are given with the intention to streamline pelvic health journey; they can include activities, potential referrals, educational content, etc.
